Who runs it

Logic & Loom is a team of senior e-commerce specialists based in Lahore, working directly with the brands they serve. Not a network, not a reseller, and not a front office with the work subcontracted somewhere else — the people who plan your account are the ones who build it and the ones you speak to.

We have deliberately not built this page around a founder story. What matters to you is who does the work and whether they are any good at it, and that is answered by the audit rather than by a photograph and a paragraph about a journey.

How this relates to Altacom

Logic & Loom is the trading name of Altacom (SMC-Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan and based in Lahore. Altacom is the legal entity: it holds the contracts, employs the people and issues the invoices. Logic & Loom is the name the e-commerce work is done under.

We say this plainly because you will find it on the invoice anyway, and because a supplier that turns out to be an overseas company only at the point of payment has already spent the trust it was trading on. There is no office and no registration anywhere else, and the footer of every page says so.

How an engagement actually works

It starts with a written audit, sent within 48 hours, whether or not you go on to hire us. It is a real audit of your accounts and your site, not a templated document with your logo on it, which is why it takes two days rather than ten minutes.

If you go ahead, you get a plan with the work ranked by what we expect it to be worth, then the work itself, done by the specialist who wrote the plan. Every change is logged. You get a note every week in plain English and a longer review once a month, including the things that did not work.

There is no minimum term on the retainers. If we are not earning the fee you should be able to stop, and a business that needs a twelve-month contract to keep its clients is telling you something about its results.

What we do not do

We do not run brand campaigns, offline media, or anything where the measure of success is an award. We do not sit in your office. We do not take on work in sectors we do not understand simply because the budget is there — and in a regulated category, taking that work on badly is how an account gets suspended.

We also will not invent proof. There are no client logos on this site, no testimonials and no results figures, because the ones we could publish honestly are not ours to publish yet. When that changes, they will appear with the account, the period and the baseline attached, so you can judge them properly.

Who this is not for

If you need someone in the room on a Tuesday, we are the wrong choice and we will say so on the first call. The same goes if you are spending too little for management to make sense, if you want a supplier who will agree with you, or if you are looking for someone to sign off claims they cannot evidence.

Turning down the work that does not fit is the only reason we can be direct about the work that does.
