Our approach

How this work is done here.

The order matters. Most of what goes wrong in this discipline is a later step being taken before an earlier one.

  1. 01

Find where the money is actually going

Search terms, asset group splits, budget concentration and how much of the return is brand traffic that would have converted anyway. Most accounts we open have a meaningful share of spend answering questions the site already ranked for.

  2. 02

Fix the feed before touching the bidding

Shopping and Performance Max can only sell what the feed describes. Titles, attributes, GTINs and disapprovals get resolved first, because no bid strategy recovers a product that is not eligible to show.

  3. 03

    Rebuild the account around margin

Product groups separated by margin and stock position using custom labels, brand split from non-brand, and targets set per group rather than one figure across the account. A blended target hides the products losing money.

  4. 04

Change one thing at a time, and write it down

Structural changes are staged rather than shipped together, so the weekly note can attribute a movement to a cause. Slower to look busy, faster to learn anything.

03

What you get, and when

What lands, and how often.

Reporting you can read without a translator, on a schedule you can hold us to.

  • A written audit in 48 hours

Before anything is agreed. What we found, what we would change first, and what we would expect it to be worth. You keep it whether or not you hire us.

  • A weekly note

Plain English, sent every week: what we did, what it did, what is next. Written by the specialist doing the work, not summarised by an account manager.

  • A monthly review

A longer session with the numbers behind it, including the things that did not work. Thirty minutes on a call, or a document if you would rather read it.

  • A change log you can read

Every change is dated and recorded, so when a number moves you can see what moved it. This is also what makes it possible to hand the account to someone else.

04

Indicative pricing

What it costs to start.

From

£1,000

per month

Rolling monthly. No minimum term and no exit fee.

What moves the figure

Which platforms are running — Google Ads, Meta, or both — and whether the Shopping feed needs rebuilding and optimising before it can be scaled. There is no spend ceiling: the fee tracks the work, not your budget.

When this is the wrong fit

If you are spending under a few hundred pounds a month, the management fee is a large share of your budget and you would get more from putting it into the ads. We will say so on the call rather than after you have signed.

Questions

The things people ask before they enquire.

Answered here rather than held back for a sales call.

  • Does the fee include ad spend?

No. The fee covers management only. Your ad spend is billed directly to you by Google and Meta, on your own payment method, so you can see exactly what was spent and nothing passes through us.

  • Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No, it is a flat monthly fee. A percentage means our income rises whenever we persuade you to spend more, which is a poor arrangement for you at exactly the moment you need honest advice about scaling.

  • Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We work inside your Google Ads, Merchant Center and Meta accounts with our own access, never in an agency-owned account you would have to leave behind. If we part ways, the account, its history and its learning stay with you.

  • Performance Max or standard Shopping?

It depends on the catalogue and on how much you need to see. Performance Max reports less and controls less, which suits a clean feed and a broad range; standard Shopping gives you search-term visibility and per-product control, which matters when margins vary widely between products.

  • How long before anything changes?

Feed and tracking fixes show up in weeks. Bid strategies need a learning period of roughly two to four weeks after any structural change, and seasonal categories need a full cycle before a comparison means much. We report from week one regardless.

  • Is there a minimum term?

No. It is rolling monthly, with no minimum term and no exit fee. If the work is not worth the fee you should be able to stop, and we would rather you could.

Find out what is actually wrong.

Send us the URL and tell us what is not working. You get a written audit back within 48 hours: what we found, what we would fix first, and what we would expect it to do. If it turns out you do not need us, we will tell you that too.
