Using the site

You may read this site, and share links to it, for any lawful purpose. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to any account or server behind it
  • Submit anything to our forms that is unlawful, misleading, or not yours to send
  • Use automated means to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else
  • Copy substantial parts of it to publish as your own

What is on the site, and what it is worth

The words, design, code and marks on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. Product and company names mentioned here — Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo and others — belong to their respective owners, and naming them does not imply they endorse us.

Everything published here is general information about how we work. It is not advice for your specific situation and it is not a promise of a result. Pricing shown on service pages is indicative: it tells you where our work starts, not what your engagement will cost. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

We describe advertising platform rules and advertising regulation on some pages. Those rules change, and our summary of them is not a substitute for reading the current policy or taking your own advice — particularly in regulated categories.

We try to keep the site up and correct, and we do not promise either. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Links to other websites are provided because they are useful; we are not responsible for what is on them.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
